All members who have an ACTIVE profile in our system are guaranteed of finding or receiving at least "three matches" during their membership year, or that "unsuccessful year" of membership will be completely FREE! All membership credits will be bought forward and applied to the following membership year.

Therefore, if the system is not working for you, it doesn't cost you anything!

We are NOT guaranteeing "love, marriage and a baby-carriage".  However, we ARE guaranteeing that you will find at least three members in our system whom you decide to select, OR, that you will be selected by at least three members who meet all of your requirements as published in your profile, OR, that you will have a combination of at least three matches by making selections and being selected, during any membership year, OR, the cost of your membership during the "unsuccessful year" is completely on us.

The following stipulations apply:

• This guarantee is good, no matter how restrictive your match requirements are, but you must have your profile on ACTIVE status throughout the majority (over half) of each membership year in order to qualify for this guarantee.
• If you are selected by someone who is outside of your exclusion requirements, as listed in your Profile Reverse Narrative, Q503, then that selection does NOT count as one of the three, and you would still be entitled to the benefit of the guarantee. This holds true regardless of how many non-qualifying selections you receive.
• Every selection that YOU MAKE, regardless your published requirements, counts as one of the three matches that we guarantee.
• To be eligible for the free renewal, your membership MUST BE CURRENT. Profiles that are expired beyond 90 days are not eligible for the benefits of the guarantee.
