Office hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:PM Monday thru Friday and on most Saturday afternoons. (Please have your credit card available.)

NOTE: If calling on a Sunday or after hours, voice-record the following:

  1. Your complete name and U.S. mailing address, (spell out names).
  2. Your daytime telephone number, with area code, (or home number).
  1. Your credit card no., followed by the expiration date, (speak slowly).
  2. Repeat "A" through "C".
